Returns

All orders are professionally packed and protected by our Sales & Service team. If your order or products have been damaged or are not complete, you can always return your order within 14 days.

Report a return 
For a return please always send an e-mail first to info@twinklerz.eu to report your return. Returns without report in advance will not be accepted. Include the following items in your return e-mail:

• The reason for return 
• Whether you want to exchange your product or a refund

Products can be exchanged or credited if they are undamaged and returned in the original packaging. You can return your order to:
